Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategist to lead sales activity for our client in the assigned geographic area, driving sales objectives and developing a visit plan and strategy for the responsible market or region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and expand the number of Gates distributors and customers throughout the responsible region, forecasting long and short-range market potential to ensure attainment of company sales goals.
  • Establish Customer Relationships: Establish a customer intimate relationship with senior management and decision makers at important customers and/or potential new customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and conduct technical and commercial presentations/proposals, distributor or end user training, and other end user activities to implement business tools motivating distributors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sales Experience: Must have experience in selling similar industrial products and external business development roles.
  • Energetic and Proactive: High levels of energy and a pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
