
Community Participation Coordinator

The role of Engagement Ambassador is pivotal in delivering participation programs that foster inclusive, respectful, and safe environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the delivery of high-quality programs to maximize participation impact.
- Implement regional action plans to ensure targeted delivery of programs.
- Liaise with teachers, schools, and other stakeholders to increase School Teacher Members.
- Support ongoing training and education for casual staff to deliver football programs.
- Support booking and delivering school programs to increase participation across key segments.
- Deliver programs to support transition and retention of community footballers.
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Demonstrated personal initiative and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Qualifications in Sports Coaching/Management, Recreation, Education, or equivalent depth of experience.
- Tasmanian Driver's License.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office suite of products.
