Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in motor vehicle and property recovery claims;">
  • Draft and prepare court documents and submissions;">
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and other lawyers to progress cases;">
  • Negotiate settlements and outcomes on behalf of clients;">
  • Attend to all stages of the litigation process, including court appearances and mediations;">
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve case goals and objectives.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 3+ years' experience working in a law firm, preferably with experience in motor vehicle and property recovery claims;">
  • Strong knowledge of motor vehicle and property recovery law;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;">
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.">
