Purpose:
This role is pivotal in leading a team of claims consultants, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient claim resolution.
The successful candidate will champion customer advocacy and instill a strong risk-aware culture within the team.
- Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a high-performing team, fostering their professional growth through expert coaching and continuous learning.
- Claims Excellence: Oversee prioritisation and allocation of claim portfolios to ensure optimal efficiency and service levels.
- Risk & Advocacy: Promote a strong risk framework awareness and advocate for customers, especially vulnerable ones.
- Performance Optimisation: Regularly monitor team performance against key metrics, implementing measures to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a team of motor claims consultants.
- Drive claims excellence through effective portfolio management.
- Provide technical support on product knowledge and system usage.
- Cultivate a risk-aware culture and promote customer advocacy.
- Optimise team performance through regular monitoring and implementation of corrective actions.
