This is a permanent full-time position based in Brisbane, requiring occasional appointments outside of the office.

About the Role:

The role involves supporting current and ex-serving Veterans through the government's claims process.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and submitting claims under supervision.
  • Working within legislative guidelines to document claims from Veterans.
  • Case Coordination - managing and updating client files using record management systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Communicating with clients and their representatives to gather additional information and provide timely updates on their claim.
