Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and guidance to meet their needs.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate client appointments, manage electronic clinic diaries, and ensure seamless communication with clients and staff.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the leadership and clinical teams, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service in accordance with Kieser standards.
- Product and Service Promotion: Promote Kieser's products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Qualifications: Valid working rights in Australia, First Aid & CPR Certification, and National Police Check.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
