Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer HRIS platforms, including ELMO, PageUp, PayGlobal/Paymate, and Dayforce.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
  • Manage system configurations, user permissions, workflow automation, and system upgrades.
  • Support key HR processes via relevant platforms.
  • Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR metrics and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Finance, IT) and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of HR systems.
  • Provide system training and support to HR team members and wider business users as required.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data governance policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR support or coordinator role.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following systems is essential: ELMO, PageUp, PayGlobal/Paymate, and Dayforce.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they interact with HR systems.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data, reports, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of relevant data privacy obligations.
