About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Executive Services team at the University of South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the operational and administrative services across our Academic Unit's programs, research activities, and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level project management support and coordination
  • Leading a team of Project Officers and Administration Assistants, including performance management and professional development
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining records management frameworks, preferably on SharePoint
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and recommendations to senior staff

We are looking for a candidate with high-level project management and coordination skills, as well as experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex service environment. If you have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results and leading teams to success, we encourage you to apply.
