Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. Our delivery of high-quality work within the Energy sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationship with some of the industry's leading operators.
Our Energy division is seeking a Services Team Lead. This role will be based in Darwin working on a Monday to Friday basis.
Role Responsibilities:
- Leadership and management of all aspects of the site-based Scaffolding, Rigging and Crane Operations teams, including Supervisors, Coordinators and Craft.
- Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements.
- Liaise with internal and client senior leaders to ensure work priorities are achieved and site is adequately provided with all “Services”.
- Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information as required.
- Review and approval of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
- Develop accurate detailed estimates and schedules for work scopes based upon various available technical documentation and experience.
- Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.
- Management and accountability of specialist Subcontractor personnel.
- Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.
- Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.

What you will bring
- Relevant Scaffolding and Rigging qualification and experience
- Experience in Crane Operations and plant utilisation optimisation
- Experience with scaffold compliance tracking systems
- Knowledge and experience creating detailed scaffolding work packs
- Knowledge and experience creating detailed rigging and lifting plans
- Knowledge and experience creating manning profiles and rosters
- Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore maintenance environment
- Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
- Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
