**Job Title:** Executive Services Team Lead

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Services Team Lead to join our team at the University of South Australia. As a key member of our Academic Unit, you will be responsible for leading the operational and administrative services across our programs, research activities, and strategic projects. Your expertise in project management, coordination, and team leadership will be essential in providing high-level support and coordination to our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the operational and administrative services across our programs, research activities, and strategic projects
* Provide high-level project management support and coordination to our team
* Lead a team of Project Officers and Administration Assistants, including performance management and professional development

**Requirements:**

* High-level project management and coordination skills, including demonstrated ability to monitor multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy
* Demonstrated experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex service environment, including leading a team in the provision of superior quality customer service
* Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and maintenance of records management frameworks, preferably on SharePoint
* High-level verbal and interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organization to provide advice and recommendations to senior staff
