**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced workforce scheduler to join our team.
About the Role:
The Workforce Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling portfolio, utilizing all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate work schedules to meet operational needs;
- Develop and implement scheduling strategies to optimize resource utilization;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address scheduling challenges;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee rosters and schedules;
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management;
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of workforce management principles and practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
- Experience working with HR systems and software;
