**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced workforce scheduler to join our team.

About the Role:

The Workforce Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling portfolio, utilizing all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate work schedules to meet operational needs;
  • Develop and implement scheduling strategies to optimize resource utilization;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address scheduling challenges;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee rosters and schedules;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management;
