We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Experience Strategist to support our ambition and drive effectiveness and efficiency for our operational teams.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the systems that underpin the end-to-end employee pay process, including timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance modules. Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining the Workforce Management system, implementing and integrating system updates and new functionalities with minimal disruption, troubleshooting technical issues, and configuring systems to meet legislative requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Workforce Management system.
  • Implement and integrate system updates and new functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Configure systems to meet legislative requirements and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administering and implementing Workforce Management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of pay rules configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and integration of Workforce Management with payroll software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and work across multiple projects.
