Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building impactful campaigns that connect with customers.

  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that drives customer engagement and retention
  • Create and manage content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle
  • Contribute to our CRM flywheel strategy by identifying effective formats and communication channels for optimal campaign delivery
  • Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn, and implement relevant CRM strategies
  • Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to identify promotions and research relevant content to communicate with the player base
  • Monitor and analyze email/SMS/Webpage Pop Up campaign results, including weekly/monthly KPI reports
  • Stay informed of CRM best practices, trends, and tools
  • Recommend and develop plans for delivering campaigns, formats, and platforms to grow profitability
  • Take control of the user journey and implement strategy around customer communication

  • Eye for detail, enhancing customer experience through top-line communication
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Excel/Spreadsheet knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with EDM & other CRM marketing tools
  • Bonus points if you also have Sports, Gambling, and Cryptocurrency knowledge, Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Jira
