Senior Financial Systems Leader

We seek a senior leader to oversee our finance systems and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and upgrade of finance systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements.
  • Develop and present business cases for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within finance systems.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance systems team.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to analyse financial and operational data, generate valuable insights, and collaborate effectively to enhance business performance.
  • 5+ years in accountancy/finance management, accompanied by CPA, CA, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in utilising Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Previous exposure to managing and utilising sophisticated accounting software and financial models.
  • Extensive experience in finance systems product ownership.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial management within the healthcare sector.
