Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

The role of a Senior Accountant is a multifaceted and hands-on position encompassing technical accounting, tax, audit, and controls, while supporting daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Own month-end close, management reporting, reconciliations, and consolidations;
  • Support tax compliance (BAS, payroll tax, FBT, income tax) and external audits;
  • Drive ERP transformation and systems integration (NetSuite);
  • Partner with finance teams across acquired businesses to embed consistent processes;
  • Draft and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls;
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting and support to the Group Financial Controller;
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience;
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge across tax, audit, and compliance;
  • ERP exposure (NetSuite advantageous), ideally with implementation experience;
  • Background in Big 4/mid-tier audit or commercial finance in a high-growth environment;
  • Hands-on, adaptable, solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills;
