About the Role:

  • Managing relationships with external auditors and defining their scope of work.
  • Designing and maintaining robust financial controls and policies that align with regulatory and accounting standards while offering business flexibility.
  • Owning and communicating the overall financial timetable, coordinating with board meetings, property managers, and reporting deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic financial initiatives, developing and implementing financial plans, and providing expert financial guidance to support business growth and success.
