Rehabilitation Consultant

Key roles and responsibilities include assessing and evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized return-to-work plans to support clients in achieving their employment goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic and daily living assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for successful return to work.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to employers, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or related field.
  • Significant experience working with individuals with disabilities, injuries, or illnesses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
