The Role
  • As a rehab consultant, you'll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce.

Key responsibilities include conducting meaningful assessments, guiding clients through life-changing career transitions, and collaborating with a wide circle to co-create solutions that make a real difference.

  • Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
  • Identifying barriers and designing tailored return to work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
