Rehabilitation Consultant

As a rehabilitation consultant, individuals with physical and/or psychological injuries at work will receive clinical reasoning and expertise to support their recovery. Our holistic approach focuses on managing clients' journeys from rehab to healing. We collaborate closely with clients to develop, implement, and monitor personalized rehabilitation plans, helping them return to work or find new opportunities aligned with their career goals.

Key services include:

  • Supporting clients with diverse needs across various industries, including transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and professional services.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Conducting clinical assessments and developing tailored rehabilitation plans for each client's unique requirements.

The following qualifications are required for success in this role:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA or ESSA).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Nursing.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience conducting various clinical assessments.
  • An unwavering passion for helping people rehabilitate.
