We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals as they return to work after injury or illness.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and clients themselves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective Return to Work (RTW) plans
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to implement RTW plans and ensure successful outcomes
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in occupational therapy and a passion for helping others. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
