About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of a Rehabilitation Consultant. In this position, you will leverage your clinical expertise to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.

You will employ a holistic approach, managing clients' journeys from rehabilitation to healing. Your key responsibilities will include working with clients to develop, implement, and monitor their rehabilitation plans, facilitating their return to work or helping them secure new employment.

Requirements

  • Current Registration: Unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA or ESSA)
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Nursing
  • Clinical Reasoning Skills: Strong ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams, supporting common goals
  • Experience: Conducting various clinical assessments
  • Passion for Rehabilitation: Unrelenting drive to help people recover
