Rehabilitation Consultant

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will utilize your clinical expertise to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work. The role involves applying holistic care principles to manage their recovery journey from rehab to healing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Support clients in returning to their previous job or finding new employment opportunities.
- Work with diverse client groups across various industries including transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and professional services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals and promote successful rehabilitation outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA or ESSA).
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Nursing.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in conducting various clinical assessments.
- An unwavering passion for helping people rehabilitate.
