About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Funding Administrator to join our newly established Performance, Quality & Client Experience Division.

The Performance, Quality & Client Experience Division focuses on ensuring clients receive exceptional service from us. This includes ensuring compliance and maintenance of our high-quality standards across our organization and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clients with government portals throughout their journey
  • Ensure funding is accurately recorded in relevant systems such as Carelink
  • Comply with organizational Policy and Procedures, work instructions, State and Commonwealth requirements
  • Assist in developing and reviewing processes to ensure all business transactions are timely and accurate
  • Assist in ensuring client exit process is timely and accurate, including follow-up on all pending services for final claim and any unspent funds returned to the department/client
  • Ensure monthly client statements are delivered promptly and privacy risks are managed
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in scheduling client-related funding and expenditure
  • Successful experience in coordinating responsive individualized support to operational teams
  • Sound knowledge of HCP and CHSP related services
  • Experience in using IT systems, including Carelink + or similar
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage workload
  • Experience in coordinating HCP funding
  • NDIS Screening Workers Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion
