Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administration Officer to join our training centre in Western Australia.

This role will provide administrative support for our centre, ensuring the delivery of quality services in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the centre team
  • Ensure accurate data entry for student enrolments, funding contracts, results, attendance, and award issuance
  • Coordinate student enrolment into training courses using the Student Database and online enrolment systems
  • Monitor data collection and provide support for monthly/annual reporting

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and support customer/student relationships
  • Exposure to administration, training and document management systems or databases
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite with high attention to detail
  • Experience working in a Training/RTO organisation as an administrator is desirable
