This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised professional to provide essential administrative and communications support to the Switch your Thinking team.
About the Job:The role plays a key part in the smooth running of the Switch your Thinking program - managing day-to-day administration, coordinating sustainability workshops, supporting communications and promotional campaigns, and engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
This position is well suited to someone with strong administrative skills and a passion or background in sustainability, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day administration
- Coordinate sustainability workshops
- Support communications and promotional campaigns
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confidence using digital tools, including Microsoft Office and Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A collaborative approach and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience in planning events and programs will be regarded favourably
- Driver's licence
- Working with Children Permit
