We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Childcare Centre located in Erskineville. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the centre, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children and staff.

The Centre Director will oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulations. They will foster a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities and build positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement.

The Centre Director will also represent the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting the centre's values. They will manage resources effectively and prioritize the health and safety of all children in service.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Foster a love for learning and creativity among children.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and ensure open communication.
  • Represent the centre in the local community and establish partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum two years experience in a Centre Director role within a childcare setting.
  • Current paid working with children check, current First aid & CPR.
  • National Police Check (within 6 months).
  • Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing quality care.
