Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality service to customers for software applications.
  • Analyse data and logs, build test systems and recreate issues to test solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex software ecosystems to identify issues and provide temporary and permanent solutions.
  • Restore system services, resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide rotational hotline coverage for software products.
