Residential Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager in our residential division, you will be responsible for improving the profitability of your territory by developing and fostering new and existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and improve customer service propositions in line with our brand strategies
- Lead, maintain, and grow a portfolio of key trade accounts
- Collaborate with trade applicators, stores, commercial, and residential builders. On occasion architects, strata's, and specifiers
- Achieve sales, growth, and profit targets
- Deliver high-level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention

Qualifications:

- Previous account management experience preferably within the building materials market
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills - establish trust and make people feel comfortable with your approach
- Proven record in building new relationships, or accounts, and growing existing business
- Current driver's license
