About the Opportunity

You will be the key connector between employers and participants, building strong business relationships to ensure sustainable employment outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with local and national employers, understanding their workforce needs and creating customized, inclusive job opportunities.
  • Driving high performance and contributing to the growth and success of our Inclusive Employment Australia and Workplace Rehabilitation services.
  • Advocating for inclusive employment practices and supporting employers to implement effective workplace adjustments.
  • Collaborating with Employment Consultants, Allied Health Clinicians, and Rehabilitation Consultants to align job opportunities with participant aspirations.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in account management, business development, recruitment, or employer engagement. You should have:

  • Strong employer networks and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of employment services, workplace rehabilitation, or disability/mental health support (desirable).
  • Excellent relationship management skills and a current driver's license.
