Family Partnership Specialist

The Family Partnership Specialist will be a key member of our Placement Support Planning Unit North Rural, driving positive changes and enhancing life outcomes for children and young people.
This innovative role will provide quality, timely and effective case practice and support services, forging strong connections across the department and with external stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing case practice and support services to vulnerable children and young people
- Fostering partnerships across the department and with external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Contributing to service development and implementation of new initiatives and policy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of the principles of kinship care and the needs of children and young people in out-of-home care.
