Job Description:

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the cleaning team and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. You will assist with training new staff members, manage annual leave effectively, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience and possess excellent communication skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

This role involves working closely with the Soft Service Manager to maintain high standards of service delivery. Excellent customer service skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with working hours between 14:30 and 23:00. A 30-minute unpaid break is included.
