Lead Produce Team Member

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated team leader to join our Devonport team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a fresh produce department with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Managing stock levels, planning and merchandising displays to maximize sales and reduce waste.
  • Providing excellent communication and people management skills to drive team performance and engagement.
  • Ensuring accurate cash handling and following WH&S and Food Safety regulations at all times.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role. They will also possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop their team, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
