Job Overview

As a F&B supervisor, you will have the opportunity to develop and showcase your passion for food while leading and inspiring a team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day F&B operations, enhancing the guest experience every interaction every day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sharing your stories with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinating and managing day-to-day F&B operations while leading and inspiring the team.
  • Remaining calm amid highly pressured environments and sustaining positive morale.

For this role, you will require:

  • Previous supervisor experience.
  • RSA Certificate.
  • Local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry (highly desired).
