About the Role
Service Stream is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join its Victorian Network Services team. Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, this role involves managing the day-to-day operational activities of a major metropolitan water meter reading, replacement, and installation services contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contractual KPIs are met and exceeded, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring quality of work aligns with contractual requirements and company standards.Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks associated with field and administration staff
- Attend all client meetings and maintain records of agendas and minutes
- Promote a systematic approach to HSE issues and adhere to relevant policies and procedures
- Manage internal operational activities within the contract
- Ensure monthly reporting is completed in line with client and management requirements
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require prior experience in service delivery management or operational roles, as well as demonstrated experience in contract, customer, and client management. Previous experience managing a field-based operations contract is highly desirable. Strong financial reporting and budgeting skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are also essential. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex issues are critical to this role. An advanced certificate or degree in Business and/or Frontline Management would be beneficial but is not essential.Benefits
