Property Portfolio Manager

We seek a highly skilled, motivated and organised individual to manage a diverse portfolio of properties. As part of our dynamic team you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to owners and tenants, ensuring seamless property transactions and contributing to the success of our business.

  • Build strong relationships with owners and tenants through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Coordinate lease renewals, market analysis reports and other administrative tasks
  • Oversee routine repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Manage bond lodgements, disposal and variations, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Monitor and address arrears, implementing strategies to recover outstanding funds
  • Represent the company in VCAT proceedings as required
  • Pursue day-to-day tasks with efficiency and diligence
Requirements:
  • A minimum 12 months' experience in property management or a related field
  • Current Agents Representative registration
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
