Join Our Team as a Payroll Officer">

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Officer. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Senior Payroll Officers in the end-to-end payroll processing and off-cycle payments for your assigned pay run group/s. You will also ensure that all deadlines are met and pays are processed accurately.

You will complete analytical checks and balances within the Time and Attendance and Payroll systems, as well as out-of-system processes such as Government and Company Paid Parental Leave and Higher Duties. Additionally, you will review pay queries within the payroll inbox and process Group employment changes, including new hires, terminations, position changes, salary changes, and inter-company transfers.

As a Payroll Officer, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date pay records, associated timekeeping data, and statistics, leave records, and related information. You will also maintain Team Member allowances and deductions.
