The role of a Business Development Manager is an exciting opportunity to take your existing business development skills and develop your career within the waste management and recycling industry.
This is a true business development focus with a proven track record of organic growth. You will have the ability to build your own success by proactively maintaining CRM with opportunities and status of the opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prepare weekly sales cycle visits.
- Strategize and assist with tender responses.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations.
- Consistently interact professionally with clients and staff, maintaining effective working relationships.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in business or an equivalent discipline are highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales. Sewer, Stormwater or Construction industry experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in a business environment that requires the use of analytical and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to work within the team and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed skills in project management.
- A current General Induction for Construction Work Certificate (White Card).
