Parks Infrastructure Maintenance Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead one of our high-performing Parks Infrastructure Maintenance Teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, building or other trades relevant to the open space infrastructure maintenance listed above.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead and motivate a small team to complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
- Manage the team's responsibilities for occupational health and safety and administrative components of any works undertaken.
- Prioritise workloads, organise materials & equipment. Work with other teams and contractors where required.
The team undertakes maintenance on assets in parks such as rockpools, board walks, bush tracks, reserves, sports fields, beach access, playgrounds, park furniture and many more. This provides a large variety of tasks that require coordination and leadership skills.
