Parks Infrastructure Maintenance Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead one of our high-performing teams responsible for maintaining the parks infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Spearhead the maintenance and upkeep of parks infrastructure including roads, bridges, and facilities.
  2. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  3. Liaise with internal stakeholders to prioritize maintenance tasks and allocate resources accordingly.
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide regular progress updates.
  5. Foster a culture of safety and quality among team members and promote adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing maintenance strategies.
  • Detailed knowledge of parks infrastructure systems and associated maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
