Team Leader Role in Parks Infrastructure Maintenance
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to lead our high-performing Parks Infrastructure Maintenance Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team to complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks, prioritizing workloads, organizing materials and equipment, and working with other teams and contractors where required.
Lead and motivate a small team of professionals to deliver infrastructure maintenance projects.
Manage the team's responsibilities for health and safety and administrative components of works undertaken.
The role involves undertaking maintenance on assets in parks such as rockpools, boardwalks, bush tracks, reserves, sports fields, beach access, playgrounds, park furniture and many more. This provides a diverse range of tasks for the successful candidate to manage.
About You
You have a background in landscape construction, building or other trades relevant to open space infrastructure maintenance.
