Infrastructure Maintenance Leader

As a seasoned professional in infrastructure maintenance, we are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to lead and motivate our team of skilled technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, building or other trades relevant to open space maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team's responsibilities for Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and administrative components of any works undertaken. They will also prioritize workloads, organize materials and equipment, and collaborate with other teams and contractors as required.

We undertake maintenance on various assets across our parks network, including rockpools, boardwalks, bush tracks, reserves, sports fields, beach access, playgrounds, park furniture, and more. This diversity provides opportunities for the selected individual to develop their skills and expertise in multiple areas.

To excel in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire your team, and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to leading a high-performing team, the Infrastructure Maintenance Leader will play a key role in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
