Infrastructure Maintenance Leader

This is a key leadership position that oversees the maintenance of various infrastructure assets.
The Infrastructure Maintenance Leader will manage a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, from airfield pavements and bridges to stormwater systems and marine structures.
Key responsibilities include managing contractor performance, overseeing budgets, and aligning outcomes with strategic targets.
The role also involves enhancing the Civil Asset Management Plan and Airport Pavement Management System.
- Lead the delivery of infrastructure maintenance services across multiple asset types.
- Manage contractor performance to ensure high-quality results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and safety across the organization.
As an experienced professional in civil engineering, you'll provide expert technical advice and collaborate on planning and delivering minor capital works.
About You:
- Qualified Civil Engineer with strong track record in civil and pavement maintenance.
- At least 5 years' experience in contract management and pavement maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil construction, asset management, and safety and quality systems.
