Job Title:

A results-driven Senior Commercial Lead sought to spearhead key account relationships, drive growth, and enhance profitability through strategic partnerships.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to expand market share and meet sales targets for consumer brands.
  • Nurture strong connections with Coles stakeholders, including buyers and category managers.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and shape impactful strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align and execute business objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional plans to maximise brand visibility and profitability in-store.
  • Monitor account performance, including forecasting, promotional ROI, and inventory management.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and market insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Lead or National Account Manager, ideally within FMCG/FMCH.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives.
