Commercial Leadership Opportunity

Job Description:

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, developing and managing budgets, leading variations management, and providing commercial insight to project leadership and the executive team.

  • Manage financial, contractual, and commercial performance across multiple concurrent projects
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to protect margins and mitigate risk
  • Provide commercial clarity and confidence to project delivery teams
Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of commercial leadership experience within a commercial construction business
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, negotiate contracts, and develop commercial strategies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
