About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team at ALSTOM Gruppe. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating and delivering training activities for our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training needs analysis for our operations team.
  • Create training manuals and training content.
  • Develop and update existing training manuals and technical documentation.
  • Collect and analyze data from training activities.
  • Coordinate and deliver training for our operations team.
  • Conduct competency assessments for various tasks.
  • Report on training/competency activities.
Requirements
  • A patient and calm demeanor, with the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • The proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver training/competency in a professional manner.
  • IT savvy with experience using MS Office tools.
  • Experience in a similar role, coordinating and delivering training in an operational/maintenance environment.
  • A trade background in Electrical/Electronics.
  • A QLD Electrical licence (preferred).
