Compassionate Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Worker.
Main Responsibilities:- Support residents to live independently and exercise choice and independence
- Assist with daily hygiene, hobbies and interests aligned to care plans
- Contribute to physical, emotional and lifestyle needs of residents through assessment and observation
- Deliver personal care tasks including showering, shaving, dressing, mouth and eye care, continence management
- Assist residents with mobility as per care plan
- Certificate Level III (Individual Support) required
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prioritise workloads and demonstrate ability to work safely
- Experience in aged care, health care or hospitality essential
