Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting residents with meals, engaging them in activities, and promoting a sense of community
  • Ensuring residents receive the best possible sleep and waking experiences
  • Fostering a culture of compassion and empathy towards residents
  • Effective communication skills to build strong relationships

Requirements:

  • A compassionate and caring individual with a passion for delivering exceptional care
  • Police Check (within 12 months or willing to obtain)
  • Covid-19 Vaccine, 2 doses (or willing to obtain)
  • Flu Vaccination within 12 months (or willingness to obtain)
  • Relevant qualifications - Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker screening (or willing to obtain)
