**Transport Logistics Coordinator Role**

Qube Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified Transport Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all heavy vehicle movements, as well as assisting with maintenance planning and compliance management.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize your skills in logistics operations. As a key member of our Coleman Cranes operations, you will work closely with our internal web-based business management system to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all heavy vehicle and driver movements
  • Prepare work/shift rosters for all operations
  • Ensure contracts are being serviced in accordance with their terms and conditions
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and weekly reports
  • Check cartage dockets for accuracy
  • Manage the Fatigue Management Plan and ensure drivers/operators comply with requirements
  • Support the OHS Plan and assist with toolbox meetings
  • Recruit new drivers/operators and perform performance management tasks

Requirements

  • Current valid C Class Drivers Licence – MC desirable
  • Experience using maintenance/operational business management systems
  • Hold or able to obtain a current National Police Clearance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously and make proactive decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a demanding environment
  • Ability to implement policies and procedures
  • Strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills
