Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team at one of our remote FIFO camps. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and equipment to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in a similar maintenance management role. They will also have a proven track record of ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, as well as developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a FIFO or remote environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in challenging conditions.
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
  • Valid WA Manual Drivers License.
