The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests, ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will make you a trusted resource for all workplace-related matters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reception Duty: Welcome visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the right person.
  • Day-to-Day Facility Management: Maintain office supplies, coordinate repairs, and liaise with vendors.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning and executing engaging events and celebrations for our employees.
  • Fun Ambassador and People Connector: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
